I had a fantastic stay at Warm On Waterloo in Palmerston North. The host, Hone, was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The kitchen was spotless and had a great selection of breakfast options. The location was perfect, with the Manawatu River walking path right next door. Hone was a wealth of knowledge about Maori culture, business, and NZ innovation. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying here.

Of course, we would recommend it to anyone. This hotel offers well laid out and spotless rooms with a single bed and the heater, as example. The location is quiet and perfect, just off the river where there is great walking and the centre of Palmerston North and the airport - couldn't be better. Again, the property is 2 miles from Dugald Mackenzie Rose Gardens...

The shared lounge and kitchen were so convenient, I felt like a chef in my own high-end restaurant. And the hot tub? Absolute luxury. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise, especially with the complimentary WiFi. A posh lady like me needs her morning news fix, after all.
Well, the audacity of the nearest airport to be so far away. I mean, how dare they inconvenience me with their distance?

Maha and Hone were the most amazing hosts, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their place was absolutely stunning and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, the spa looked incredible. The location, while slightly outside the main downtown area, was still convenient and the neighborhood felt safe and charming. After a long journey, it was such a relief to finally arrive at this beautiful home and experience true hospitality. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and will definitely be returning when we're in the area again. The Chinese restaurant down the road, China Inn, was also a fantastic culinary experience with friendly staff and delicious food.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom and shower. The location was quiet and safe, offering easy parking. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
The advertisement and information provided did not match the reality of the accommodation. The downstairs area, which was described as available for guests, turned out to be the family kitchen.
